Disc golf is a sport, similar to "common" golf, in wich the players traverse a course while throwing flying discs at a target in the fewest number of throws.
Therefore they use different discs for different distances, e.g. a putter or a driver.
Golf discs are smaller than frisbees but can be thrown precisely and wide as well.
The current world record distance amounts over 260 m!
